You'll work with specialists in supporting small and medium-sized businesses through to large corporates on a wide range of tax issues. Our work embraces everything from preparing tax returns to negotiating with tax authorities and providing advice tailored to your unique circumstances.

you'll be advising on the corporate tax and SDLT implications of establishing up a new development company within the group and advising on property transactions
you'll create reports in conjunction with legal firms specialising within the social housing sector which consider the legal and tax implications of a charitable group introducing new services into the group and consideration of the type of entity that could conduct these services
you'll also be advising on the corporate tax implications of a local authority using various different legal vehicles for its trading activities.

You'll ideally have experience of working with in the property or land development sectors.

Education, experience and qualifications:

• you’ll be ATT/ CTA/ ACA/ ACCA or equivalent
• you’ll have sound technical knowledge in a relevant field
• you’ll have post qualification experience
