The Role
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for
* Advising a large portfolio of commercial clients on complex technical matters including international tax, transactions and tax structuring
* Coaching and developing a motivated team, ranging in juniority
* Maintaining and improving key client relationships, as well as ultimately enjoying supporting partners in strategy and business development
The Ideal Candidate
Our client would be interested in talking to candidates who fit the following profile:
* A proven Tax Manager, or upwardly mobile Senior looking to progress
* CA-qualified; ideally with a Masters of Tax
* 4-6 years' experience in a Big 4/ Top Tier environment, the majority being in Australia
* Interested in leading a close-knit team in an open, progressive environment outside the Big 4
* Full working rights
