Permanent Corporate Tax Manager post with Large independent firm | £35,000-£40,000 Dependent on experience

Your new company has 19 directors and 3 offices in the North west based in Manchester, Bolton and Lancaster. This firm has recently merged with another large independent practice meaning that they have a presence UK wide. This firm offers services in Accountancy, payroll, Audit, Tax and business advisory and operate a transparent culture with clear progression plans. The current corporate tax department within this firm consists of a Tax partner, one tax manager, a senior and two junior tax consultants.

Your new role
Your new role as a Corporate Tax Manager will involve managing your own portfolio of clients consisting of SME's to multi million pound organisations. You will be responsible for tax compliance and advising your clients on corporate tax matters. You will be responsible for liaising with HMRC and your clientele on a regular basis, and for the right and willing candidate, responsible for winning new business within the area. Candidates experienced and willing in people management can also take responsibility for managing a number of team members and supervising their workload.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will be experienced in corporate tax within practice and operating at a managerial level. You will also ideally be CTA qualified and/or ATT/ACA/ACCA.

What you'll get in return
