International Tax Manager, London, to £100k + bonus

Strategic, high-profile international tax role with a household name in a brilliant, central London location. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role will enable you to take responsibility for a wide range of strategic international tax issues across this global group.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting the Director of Tax in the development of the Group's international tax strategy
* Providing tax support to international operations, including assisting with tax audits when required
* Identification of tax risks and opportunities across the Group's geographies, including monitoring legislative changes in foreign tax laws that may impact the group's tax position

* Transfer pricing:

* assisting with policy development
* monitoring compliance
* collation of documentation in conjunction with international operations and advisors

* Supporting international M&A projects:

* due diligence
* structuring
* integration of target companies
