We are currently seeking to hire an Asset Management Advisory Co-Ordinator. The role involves providing all necessary administration and research support to a group of four directors and associate directors
Such support will include:
Ownership of client on-boarding process which encompasses proposals, NDAs, completion of the firm client acceptance protocols and preparation of engagement letters. All of which is under supervision and guidance.
Maintenance of activity reports by client and ensuring completion of monthly reporting
Monitoring of billings in line with instructions
Updating and maintaining AMA data on CRM system
Assisting in co-ordination with marketing on events
Support on analysis of data for client work as such matters arise.
The ideal candidate will be proactive with solid financial services administration experience and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skill set as outlined below:
Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Banking/Hedge Fund/Asset Management experience advantageous
Knowledge and insight into the financial services sector
Calendar management experience
Excellent communication skills
Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills
Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability
Reliability / Flexibility
Experience communicating with various financial institutions
Experience working with various controls and processes
EA/Secretarial Experience
Experience working in virtual reporting environment is advantageous
