Financial Services Tax Manager - Senior Manager

The core of this role will be Transactional based with Due Diligence, Structuring and refinancing advice required to your clients. However, what sets this role apart from traditional M&A teams is that they see an opportunity to deliver and help the client from start to finish, with pre and post transactional care.
