International Tax Manager, Leading MNC, Northern Home Counties, to £90k + bonus

Our client, a leading MNC operating in the UK, APAC, North America and EMEA, are looking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager. Based in the Northern Home Counties, this role is a hugely commercial tax position with outstanding career prospects. You will play a crucial role in working and advising on major international transactions, ensuring effective international tax treatment of these deals. You will also lead Transfer Pricing activity. With the majority of your focus on tax advisory and risk assessment you will be adding considerable value to the organisation's bottom line. The ideal candidate will be a qualified tax professional with experience of complex international transactions and negotiations, as well as Transfer Pricing, ideally in the technology sector. Those still in the firms will be considered, but must have a demonstrative track record of outstanding performance. You will be robust, commercially minded and articulate, with an ability to effectively communicate complex matters to non-tax professionals.
