Corporate International Tax - In House -Watford, to £110k

Our client is regarded as one of the world's leading Technology businesses operating in more than 120 countries.

They are looking for an International tax candidate to join their team in Watford.

This is a newly created position and will report directly to the Head of EMEA Tax

RESPONSABILITIES

Providing tax support and advice to business projects and working with a broad range of stakeholders to work through challenges and problems to ensure project success

Advising on and structuring of the businesses activities to take into account; effective tax supply chain management, transfer pricing policies, IP protection, research and development and M&A

Taking a leadership role to more junior staff in their professional development but also in guiding them through complex projects in multiple jurisdictions

Working closely with the wider tax team internationally, treasury and business teams on the tax implications related to new business areas, changes in group structures and broader business changes

Building a close and positive working relationship with the relationship with the relevant tax authorities across EMEA ensuring queries and audits are managed effectively
Providing support to any acquisitions or disposals the business may engage in
