Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, London

As an experienced Corporate Tax Senior, ready for the step up to Assistant Manager, or a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge, you will enjoy exposure to multinational companies and entrepreneurs as well as plenty of quality tax advisory work.

The role in brief:

Assisting managers, senior managers and partners with tax advisory projects including acquisitions and disposals and international tax structuring

Assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing reports, R&D tax claims and employee incentive arrangements including EMI, ESS, unapproved shares plans and share valuations

Preparing complex corporation tax computations and tax returns; reviewing compliance work completed by junior team members

Providing corporate tax advice to clients on corporation tax queries and assisting with HMRC enquiries

Researching technical matters for senior managers and partners

About you:

Big 4 or mid tier trained CTA and/or ACA qualified corporate tax specialist, either recently promoted to corporate tax assistant manager or an experienced corporate tax senior looking for assistant manager opportunities

Some previous exposure to tax advisory and project work in your career to date

Ideally some experience of international tax work, including transfer pricing

A good working knowledge of Alphatax would also be desirable
