Do you have broad tax knowledge across a diverse range of client sectors, with extensive UK business tax experience and a good technical knowledge of the issues that affect owner managed businesses and their owners?
The London office of this established firm of Chartered Accountants service the needs of a client base that includes a number of OMB’s, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, listed corporates and limited liability partnerships.
A brand new opportunity has arisen to recruit a Tax Technical Partner to join the senior management team in London.
The role in brief:
To provide advice on a range of tax solutions and specialist areas, comprising various remuneration and share incentives, tax enquires and disputes resolution. Support the development of new products and services for the practice
Responsible for the technical review and oversight of the firm’s technical tax advice
Liaise with all staff, clients and various outside organisations, including barristers, HMRC and professional advisers
Assist with the implementation of new planning strategies, including practical matters, third party arrangements, documentation and technical reviews
Manage relationships between new and existing clients or professional advisers; Identify new potential professional relationships and clients
Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
Provide feedback to the Managing Partner
Provide advice on a range of tax solutions
Provide technical support to other members of the team on tax planning solutions and enquiries when required
Oversee and manage HMRC litigation strategy
Write technical reports
Support the sales team, as and when required
Manage individual projects, as and when they arise
