A Private Client specialist law firm with a rich history and long standing tradition of providing advice to families and entrepreneurs is looking for a partner to join its dynamic and growing team.

Our client's reputation and success is based on the goodwill of numerous close client relationships. They are trusted advisers, acting in clients' long-term interests and paying careful attention to quality and personal service. The private client practice provides integrated tax, succession and estate planning advice to high net worth individuals and families across many jurisdictions. They also provide advice on most family office functions and advice relating to charitable and philanthropic goals.

The successful individual will work with a team to build the private client/ corporate tax/ investment funds practice. Keep up to date technically on all legal matters and help train the team. Advise clients on tax and trusts matters including taxation of foreign domiciled individuals, the remittance basis on offshore trusts and on structuring and inheritance/estate planning.

A client following is required, as well as the ability to attract new clients to the practice. Ideally you will need to have at least eight years post qualification experience in corporate and private client tax and investment funds. With the ability to think laterally and provide constructive, pragmatic solutions.
