Group VAT Manager
An interesting new role for a FTSE 250 business based locally in Berkshire.
Working within a HQ team of 4, this role will take ownership of the Groups VAT and employment tax affairs. The role is split between VAT and employment tax issues and 2/3 advisory focused 1/3 compliance.
The client is looking for an experienced VAT specialist who has ideally worked within a large group and has proven accurate compliance ability as well as a strong advisory background. Previous exposure to employee taxes would of course be helpful, BUT in this instance is not essential - what is more important is the willingness to pick up this employment tax piece and manage it.
