What will you do to make it happen?
 
Use your commercial sales skills to drive the business forward by networking with existing clients and targeting new potentials.  Make use of your management and leadership skills to build and develop an advisory focused private client tax team. Work with senior management to contribute to the strategic direction of the tax function and take an active interest in the future of your firm. Work with an affluent client base to provide bespoke tax planning advice and watch your fees and prospects soar.
