As a director you will actively provide your clients with high level commercial advice on a range of employment matters and in particular on employee share ownership, MBO structures and tax efficient employee incentives. In addition to the technical work, you will also assist in winning work by managing the firm’s clients and actively targeting your services to new potentials. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the team and work to promote the firm as the number one choice in your specialism. Partnership is the next step for you.
