This role will allow you the freedom to develop a successful real estate tax function.

As the head of property tax, you will be responsible for deciding the strategic direction of the team. There is a sizeable fee base in place and more that can be generated from existing clients. You will also have the support and budget to develop more business.

What will you have to do accomplish in you first year?

• Take charge and consolidate the property fees under the banner of the property tax team.
• Put together a business plan that will allow you grow fees from existing clients and new targets.
• Work out your resources and recruit high quality people that will allow you to smash your targets.

After that it’s up to you.
