Job Description:

You’ll provide effective and efficient administration and project management support to the Grant Thornton Employee Benefits Consultancy LLP (EBC) team. As a key member of the EBC support team you will assist in the implementation, renewal and administration of the full range of employee benefits; pensions, risk, healthcare and other voluntary benefits.

Main responsibilities

To provide effective and efficient administration and project management support to the Grant Thornton Employee Benefits Consultancy LLP (EBC) team.
As a key member of the EBC support team you will assist in the implementation, renewal and administration of the full range of employee benefits; pensions, risk, healthcare and other voluntary benefits.
You will be required to carry our annual scheme reviews; preparing pension governance reports, group risk market renewal and re-broking reports, and providing ad-hoc support to client queries.
You will be involved from the earliest stages of client contact and client acquisition with the EBC managers. You will contribute to the compilation and researching of client facing proposals and reports.
You will be required to analyse client and insurer data and to draw initial conclusions to help contribute to the advice given.
You will also be expected to engage frequently with insurance companies and other third party suppliers, used by the EBC team for the provision of any client employee benefits.
The role will require you to observe all EBC appropriate compliant procedures and recording standards, record keeping and the maintenance of scheme and member particulars as well as checking the accuracy and completeness of data received.
The role will involve close liaison on a day-to-day basis with the whole EBC team, clients and wider internal colleagues and stakeholders of Grant Thornton.
