Corporate Tax manager - In House - Maidenhead

Our client is a Global multinational with offices in Maidenhead.

This role supports the European Tax Manager in providing our client Group Companies' with corporate tax and transfer pricing support in Europe.

THE ROLE

Manage the compliance that is outsourced

Support the European Tax Manager in providing tax advise

Work with the European Tax Manager in providing transfer pricing support to a number of regions, including preparing transfer pricing documentation for these companies.

Work alongside the European Tax Manager to provide support and be the contact person for all routine corporate tax and transfer pricing issues for the business in the region.

Assist with ensuring that appropriate tax controls, procedures and reporting functionality is in place.

Assisting in the implementation of finance, tax or transfer pricing specific projects.

Work closely with the European Tax Manager to identify appropriate approach and strategy for local entities in dealing with corporate tax and transfer pricing audits and controversies with local tax authorities.

Support in carrying out corporate tax process, system reviews and testing including assessment of tax risks.
