A leading Investment practice located in the heart of London, is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team. You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 3.
*
Assisting with all aspects of the monthly payroll for a circa of 2,000 employees
* Managing payroll records and data for all employees
*
Assisting with the production of reconciliations
* P11D's, P35'S, P60's
*
Maintaining the the payroll and pension schemes function
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Experience using ADP Freedom as a payroll system, Word and Excel is essential
*
UK payroll experience is essential including working knowledge of HMRC rules, statutory entitlements (maternity, paternity)
My client is also open to candidates who would want to work part time hours. It is a 35 hour working week.
