Lead TP Expert, London, to £200k + bonus

Key responsibilities

* Advising on the group's overall TP strategy in line with the group's global vision and business objectives, covering operating companies in over 140 different countries, including its strategy on risk management, TP policies, TP management framework and information sharing.
* Identifying opportunities for improving the group's overall TP position including mitigating TP risk.
* Monitoring the TP strategies of competitors and their approach to managing TP.
* Overseeing the department's input into the group's budget and target setting process including the target setting process for the results of individual subsidiaries globally.
* Developing and operating processes for monitoring the overall results of the group and the level of profits in individual subsidiaries globally.
* Collation and reporting on TP strategy, opportunities, external trends in TP management and settlements, budgeting and outcomes.

Candidate requirements

Above 20 years of experience in industry or accounting firms designing and operating TP arrangements. Experience in a high tech equipment supplier is an advantage. Similarly experience of applying TP in a large, complex, rapidly growing, global MNC is an advantage.

* Awareness of developments in TP law and practice globally.
* Strong project management skills, ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment and strong process focus
* Experience of dealing with the following TP areas:
* Supply/value chain analysis
* Economic modeling
* Intercompany financing
* High value added services
* APA and audit negotiation
* Centralised functions and related costs
* Experience in developing and implementing TP strategy, identification and assessment of TP risks, TP provisioning and TP reporting
* CA/ACCA, tax or legal qualifications, certificated appraiser or equivalent qualifications are preferred
* Information, Communication and Technology industry background is preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance,
* Proficient in reading and writing English essential.
