* A key role in the Tax Department Transfer Pricing function
* The potential to develop an in-depth knowledge of Transfer Pricing within Financial Services including Private Banking, Global Markets and Investment Banking Capital Markets
The Role Involves
* Developing, reviewing and leading implementation of new transfer pricing policies or revisions to existing policies
* Enhancing governance and controls over the transfer pricing calculation/execution, reporting/documentation processes
* Providing technical support to other areas and new business initiatives.
* Close collaboration with various stakeholders and an excellent platform to develop a broad, cross-functional network within the integrated bank
* Ongoing review of changes within the Bank and their impact on existing transfer pricing arrangements
* Provide support/take the lead on global projects (cost recharges, automation of transfer pricing calculations, global documentation depository)
Requirements
* Professionally qualified, ideally with Accounting or Legal background
* Preferably Global Transfer Pricing Tax experience gained in the Financial Services industry or within practice
* Good organisational skills / project management experience
* Ability to apply technical knowledge and analysis with logical and well organised systematic reviews
* Well-developed risk management skills together with the ability to rapidly understand operating structures and areas of operational tax risk
* An understanding of the banking industry with knowledge of regulatory, compliance or operational risk management is of advantage
