Your new role
Exciting and technically challenging, delivering a variety of tax advisory projects. 100% advisory (the compliance work is done elsewhere in the firm) and so a great opportunity for someone with a good level of advisory experience or, equally, someone who's had a compliance grounding but wants to take the next career step.

Example of projects; reorganisations including demergers, EMI scheme advice, EIS, R&D, International matters (TP, structuring, permanent establishment issues etc), tax treatment of expenditure on large capex projects and due diligence.


What you'll need to succeed
Professionally qualified; ACCA, ACA, CTA
A good grounding in UK Corporate Tax
Advisory experience advantageous but those in compliance wanting to switch gladly considered
Ability to work in a small team where they tackle problems together.
