Following a realignment of the Global Tax Team, a new position has been created in London for a proven Transfer Pricing Manager with a strong background in transfer pricing and international taxes. Reporting in to an overseas Tax Director and working alongside an International Tax Manager in London. As part of this small autonomous team, you will manage all transfer pricing obligations for the EMEA region.
About the role:
Working with a small group of Tax Professionals and people within the Finance Department who are responsible for global transfer pricing.
Ensure globally preparation and filing of transfer price reports.
Constant monitoring of intercompany transactions and identify opportunities to enhance transfer pricing, set up effective tax structures and other opportunities.
Participation in international tax projects.
Preparation of tax technical position papers for tax reporting (FIN 48) and other purposes.
Constant monitoring of legislative developments and suggesting required actions.
Participate and lead projects to improve the transfer price processes. Projects relate to integration/interface of workflow tools, accounting software (SAP), reporting software (HFM) and other tax (transfer price) software. This includes identification of software solutions and implementation.
Improvement of retrieving transfer price relevant date out of the source systems (SAP; HFM; BW)
Participate in setting up transfer price policies.
Coordination of internal and external transfer price resources, including advisors.
About you:
Proven Transfer Pricing track record
CTA or equivalent
International tax experience preferred
Ability to relay tax technical information in plain language.
