Working alongside the directors and partners, the Assistant Director will be involved with all aspects of the tax department, including providing technical tax advice & helping to grow the private client department.
As an Assistant Director, you will enjoy considerable autonomy. To this end, you will need to demonstrate an ability to work independently.
Key to success will be the provision of advice and tax services to High Net Worth individuals and their families. Responsibilities include:
1 Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and what services the competition are offering.
2 Ensure up to speed in new areas of technical competence in the private client field.
3 Maintain highest standards of client care for existing clients.
4 Identify opportunities for additional services to be offered to existing clients and introduce new clients to the firm.
5 Identify and assist in leading new marketing and business development opportunities.
6 Raise the profile of the firm through networking, good client care and marketing initiatives.
7 Create new work opportunities and convert into new and profitable clients.
8 Develop and win private clients in new market segments.
