In House Tax Manager, London & South Coast

Our client, a well-known financial services group is looking to recruit a Tax Manager within their growing tax team. You will be based in their offices in Bank and on the South Coast. The purpose of this role will be to support the Group Tax Manager across a variety of UK corporation taxes, VAT, IPT and employment taxes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing corporate tax computations whilst assisting with broader compliance obligations across the group.
* Supporting the Group Tax Manager on Transfer Pricing, CFC, R&D Tax Credits and senior accounting officer compliance.
* Preparing employment tax returns.
* Assisting on Group Tax Projects including legal entity reorganisation and other commercially driven matters.

To be successful, you should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to work, be able to prioritise workloads and work to meet tight deadlines. With a strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation, the ideal candidate would also have experience of statutory financial reporting, VAT and some exposure to transfer pricing. Financial services experience would be ideal but is not essential.

CTA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience gained within the Big 4 or a medium tier firm.
