Personal Tax Manager - Winchester, to £55k

This successful and friendly independent firm has grown at a very healthy rate. Work is plentiful and there is a great deal of scope for anyone with the ambition to advance to a more senior position. This is not just based on the work coming through the doors, but the current structure of the existing team.

This is an opportunity for you to grow as a professional and take on more responsibility. The work will allow you to challenge yourself by undertaking complex advisory work for your own portfolio of HNWI’s, there is also the option of including some trusts in your portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in non-technical matters by getting involved in management.

This is an independent firm, however in real terms punches well above its weight in the Hampshire market. The firm does not have a ‘corporate’ environment, but is more entrepreneurial in its set up and working practices. I would also describe this as a tax focused firm (as opposed to audit) with a particular bent towards private clients. In fact, the majority of the partners here are tax focused.
