International Tax Manager (Financial Services), London, to £95k

This role is ideal for an individual with significant Banking experience who has worked in an in-house Tax function. Due to the nature of the Banking market and the impact of structural reform and regulation, this tax advisory team is exceptional busy. This period of unprecedented change within the market, is creating incredibly career opportunities for FS tax advisors.

The successful candidate will cover an array of technical issues like Banking Tax, Tax Risk Management, International Tax Structuring, Bank Levy, Financial Instruments Tax, Banking Tax Policy, Tax Implications of bank regulation and regulatory reform & Internal Audit of Tax Function to name a few.

This role is ideal, if you feel you have hit a ceiling in your career due to the nature of the size of in-house functions and would like to join an advisory team where you career and progression is very well mapped out.

The role is an ideal step, if you are ACA/CTA with a genuine passion for the FS market and whilst it is going through a significant change you can be at the forefront of technical changes and structural changes.

You will discuss Brexit strategy with key clients, looking at issues around expansion into new markets, pre & post-merger integration, structure rationalisation, business model redesign, optimisation of capital structure and financing and be at the fore front of lobbying and negotiations of tax authorities.
