Your new role
You new role will be to manage a portfolio of tax clients, ensuring compliance issues are dealt with effectively and accurately and also to work closely with corporate partners on tax planning, structuring, transactions and international tax.

What you'll need to succeed

* To manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
* To review corporation tax computations and returns for your portfolio, ensuring that there are no outstanding technical issues and that they are complete and accurate when presented for partner review.
* To be technically able to deal with client queries and identify potential problem areas and be the point of contact for internal and external clients in regards to tax matters.
* To undertake tax advisory projects, reporting to the tax partners and often working alongside non tax specialists from the corporate finance and media and technology teams, including tax structuring, transactions tax and international tax.
* To market the firm's corporate tax function both outside the firm to clients and contacts (including PrimeGlobal) and within the firm.
* To review the work of the Corporate Tax Specialists on clients in your portfolio and be responsible for the quality of work prepared, ensuring that the standard is maintained at the level required by the firm.
