The Organisation
Our client has ambitious growth plans for their London tax practice. These growth plans, coupled with a market leading real estate practice have resulted in a need to recruit high quality individuals at both senior manager and director level.
The Role
• Work alongside market leading partners, proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients, and identify cross selling opportunities with other service lines.
• Manage the successful delivery of real estate tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, take responsibility for providing excellent levels of client service.
• Working with clients ranging from regeneration projects to significant investors and developers on their real estate strategy, ensuring that tax efficiency is considered throughout.
• You will be involved in tax structuring of property acquisitions and restructuring of portfolios, property lease planning and managing tax exposures.
The Person
You will have the following characteristics:
• Educated to degree level, and/or CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant understanding of and previous experience within tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to apply tax technical expertise with a commercial approach to real estate transactions, interacting with all levels of the clients’ businesses.
• Strong business developer with a proven track record of winning work and leading own client relationships.
• Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff
• Excellent communicator
