Corporate Tax Senior Manager (PE backed Accountancy Practice)

The company in question has a tax business and client base to rival any listed Top 20 firm hence its huge financial backing of the PE business.

The work will include advising on a huge variety of work namely:

Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, Design and implementation of tax efficient employee share plans, both approved and unapproved.

International tax work includes assisting overseas companies establishing operations in the UK.

Advising on the most appropriate business model and structure and transfer pricing and assisting them with incorporation and registrations in the UK including VAT and PAYE.

Queries from overseas clients include the UK tax implications of their proposed operations, including advice on permanent establishments, UK withholding taxes and UK filing obligations.

As a lead Senior Manager you will cover UK Domestic, Privately Owned, Entrepreneurial companies and owners and an array of International Clients.
