JOB DESCRIPTION

The Head of Tax Compliance will:

Review the necessary tax adjustments for main investment Funds
Review partnership and corporate, federal and SALT tax returns
Review partnership allocations and K-1s prepared
Answer tax notices from federal and state tax agencies
Prepare tax estimates for outside investors
Assist in preparation of ad-hoc projects and requests

REQUIRED SKILLS

10+ years of experience working in a public accounting firm
Bachelor's Degree
CA
Experience in team management
Working knowledge of the tax code and tax regulations,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ,
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt to changes

Experience working with an asset management group
