JOB DESCRIPTION

The International Tax Manager Accountant will:

Review non-US tax return compliance including income tax returns and estimated tax payments
Review tax provisions including FAS 109 calculations to determine deferred income tax expense
Provide tax audit support for non-US income taxes
Review FIN48 Exposure
Review US Forms 8858 and 5471 for international entities
Liaise with the client, outside advisors, management and staff
Review responses to tax notices
Review tax accounting and financial statement disclosure

REQUIRED SKILLS

5-9 years of experience in Corporation or Partnership Income Tax
Prior supervisory experience
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
