Specialising in performance improvement, turnaround management and business advisory services, this role will see you providing advice regarding complex tax technical issues in UK and International corporate tax, company reorganisations, restructuring activities, mergers and acquisition and other financial matters in a cross border context.
You will also be expected to be at ease with joining clients on-site ensuring the successful delivery of projects and hands-on involvement in providing solutions to client's corporate tax challenges, whilst working alongside Partners renowned for their backgrounds, experience and thought on leading matters.
