Group Tax Manager - In House - London, to £100k

Our client is a Global Multinational Business based in west London. Our client's compliance team is based outside the UK, the person must have experience within managing an outsourced compliance.

They are looking for a Corporate Tax Lead to manage the Outsource compliance, this role is reporting directly to the COO.

Lead the team and be responsible for the development and implementation of end to end tax compliance and reporting processes.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure tax compliance and reporting obligations are met.

Identify and manage risk areas

Ensure that the external tax compliance providers are meeting business requirements.

Ensure best practice and continuous improvement of compliance and tax reporting processes.

Support the Group Head of Tax and other Head Office Finance and Tax staff with the management of relationships with the tax authorities.

 Interact with external advisers when necessary.
 Develop effective relationships across the Group in overseas stations.

YOU

Qualified Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor

Managing tax compliance reporting in a FTSE 100 or big 4 (experience managing the compliance that is outsourced)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the tax compliance and reporting position of the Group.

Ability to work on own initiative and accurately under pressure in a real time operational environment.
