This team of specialised tax professionals work with businesses, large corporates and individuals to work through and resolve complex tax disputes, often through means of the litigation process in a bespoke and tailored approach.

Ideally you will have come from a similar background in which you feel confident managing a broad portfolio of tax litigation cases through various litigation processes, grafting witness statements, timetabling tribunals, courts and counsel, and working closely with your clients to advise on all aspects for the resolution of tax disputes.

This is an inclusive and truly accommodating team, offering the individual the opportunities to work across other HMRC disputes and directly with the Head of Litigation.
