Corporate Tax Assistant Manager (Egham)

This role is ideal for an individual looking for challenging and interesting work but would like to work closer to home. Flexible working arrangement/part time hours are available for those keen on working around family commitments.

The role will involve managing a small portfolio of clients but will have a significant advisory focus.

The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in developing the consultancy and advisory focus of the corporate tax team in Heathrow and will work with the senior tax team to develop the advisory offering.

Key aspects of the advisory work include assisting their largely OMB client base with advisory projects such as structuring or restructuring of corporate group's, exit strategies, shareholder reliefs, employee incentives and pro-actively working with clients to ensure tax efficiencies where possible. Experience of some international tax matters would be ideal but is not essential.

This role is ideal for a person who is keen on advising entrepreneurs & SME's, experience of this client portfolio is not expected but someone with a drive to further their career in tax is ideal.
