My client in New York, a large Global advisory firm, is looking to strengthen its Transfer Pricing and Tax Valuations team at Manager and Senior Manager level. They are specifically looking for a dynamic professional with extensive valuations and econimic/financial modelling experience. The role is based in New York and offers the chance to work with MNCs from a variety of industries.
You will responsible for:
- Managing a variety of tax valuations projects for clients. by focusing IP valuations. You will be using methodologies such as discounted cash flow, multi-period excess earnings, these valuations shall be prepared for a number of tax reasons: internal tax reorganizations; IP transfers; tax allocation of assets within an acquisition, analysing thin capitalization, etc.
- You will also be responsible for helping the core TP team with economic analysis / modelling when needed.
- Tutoring and mentoring of junior members of the team and new hires
- Maintaining strong client relationships and developing new business
You will be/hold:
- Bachelor Degree in economics, finance, statistics or mathematics.
- CPA or other professional qualification
- Previous Transfer Pricing experience highly beneficial
- 5-10 years of experience within a consulting/advisory environment with a track record for excellence
