Tax Dispute and Resolution Manager

This is not a Top 10 firm, however the type of clients, work and salary packages are comparable to the bigger practices. Clients include UK owner managed businesses, cross-border multinationals, banks and venture capital institutions. 

The head of tax disputes team wants someone with the ambition and desire to advance. You will not need to sell your soul and work endless hours to achieve promotion at this team, however you will need to put in the hours as and when required.

The role:

You will work closely with the tax disputes partner on projects that are complex and challenging to provide dispute resolution expertise across the practice.

The role will involve you dealing with all enquiries and investigations from the early stage introduction to the settlement. You will prepare disclosure reports, assist with alternative dispute resolution and voluntary disclosures, and provide tax litigation and tribunal support services and get involved in developing clients and business.

• Relevant tax dispute resolution experience.
• COP9 and COP8 and experience.
