Joining a prestigious, ambitious and dynamic tax function, this Senior Tax Manager job will involve working across a broad base of clients in the oil & gas, mining and wider energy sector. You will build a close relationship with your clients which will include large multinationals and PE backed companies.
Key responsibilities will be diverse and include:
* Tax audit - work on complex audits, primarily for large MNC's.
* Tax advisory - provide corporate tax advisory services to clients and look for opportunities with clients.
* Tax transactional advice.
* Tax compliance - liaising with internal teams to ensue the corporate tax compliance is managed for your client base.
To be considered for this role you will be qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or the equivalent and it is key to have tax audit experience along with experience in providing tax advice and having worked on tax transactions. If you are currently working in the Big 4 or in a mid-tier firm at a Manager grade and looking to step up to Senior Manager, this role will provide you with this opportunity. Likewise if you are currently at a Senior Manager level and looking to make the side ways move into a dynamic team, this role will allow you to do this.
This role is also an excellent opportunity if you are currently working in an in-house tax team for an oil & gas, mining, energy or shipping company and you are looking to return to a Big 4 environment where you will always be at the forefront of tax developments and with a structured career path.
