Associate Director, International Tax

This is an opportunity to join one of the world’s most instantly recognisable brands at a very important stage in the company’s history. This is an international tax planning position for a US international corporate tax planning specialist to be based in Europe.

Working closely with the Director, International Tax the role will assist in providing international tax advice across the group, including but not limited to US E&P/foreign tax credits, international & local country planning, special project planning and treasury tax planning. In addition, the position leads implementation of planning and value creation initiatives. Although International tax planning skills are required, the core competency is still US international corporate tax planning.

The key skills will be tax strategy, business partnering, M&A and reorganisations, treasury and transfer pricing.

To fulfil the requirements of this position you will need to have at least 8 years’ experience, including strong US international tax planning experience and a good understanding of treasury tax matters.
A US law degree or CPA is a strong preference.
