Working directly with two industry leading Tax Partners who have advised, from a tax perspective, on some of the most high profile corporate transactions in the last 3 years in Australia. The work will be varied, encompassing large scale M&A, private equity and international tax advisory work, with the full support of a talented and engaged tax team.

Our clients ideal is to hire a 2-4 year PQE Associate, someone who has a strong tax advisory skill set from a big 4 accounting firm or a top tier law firm as well as a 5-8 year PQE Senior Associate, who has a strong background in M&A tax advisory who has exceptional drafting skills and the ability to help drive and manage the more junior tax lawyers.
