Some examples of the work include: M&A work, corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions, TP, property taxation and range of issues involving UK and international companies.

You will be working alongside a head of corporate tax with a view to developing further work from the client base. The role will appeal to anyone who enjoys dealing with technical work and clients. The role would also offer you an opportunity to get involved in BD work. In my opinion this would be a great role for someone who enjoys dealing with a range of different responsibilities.
