Senior Team Leader - In-House Tax & Superannuation, Sydney

Exciting and very unique in-house opportunity for an experienced tax or superannuation training and delivery specialist. This role is partnering across the business to lead and develop in-house tax training programs tailored to an industry gearing towards radical changes. Whilst covering this maternity leave, the role is partnering with key internal stakeholders of the business to design and implement both technical expertise and presenting the relevant information. The role is non-client facing and would be a great opportunity for an individual who has either been in a similar role with professional services or has been in a client-facing role and looking to utilise their knowledge in order to develop presentations to communicate the relevant changes in superannuation and the tax field.

The role is a great embodiment of people leadership, relationship management, operational management and team collaboration. For the successful applicant this role will be very involved with technical advisors and provide the opportunity to adapt a hands-on learning experience for a junior consultant. This role would suit an individual who feels they have the following attributes:

To be considered for this role the ideal individual will posses:

* Degree qualified in either Law, Commerce or Accounting
* Professional qualifications; CTA, CA, CPA, MTax or similar
* Broad understanding of tax, both direct and indirect
* Familiar with drafting tax advice and advising on tax and superannuation laws and the practical implications for practice and business
