The Senior Director of Transfer Pricing will:
Develop and implement TP strategy and policy
Manage transfer pricing documentation and disclosures
Manage transfer pricing controversy (audits and litigation)
Ensure utilization of transfer pricing best practices
Assist in Tax Planning and M&A projects as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
10+ years of international, transfer pricing Big 4 or technology industry experience
Experienced Hands-on manager of a multi-functional team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Able to translate to technical concepts to a non-technical audience (executives)
Able to work with various departments including non-US Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury and Legal
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work in ambiguous situations
