This role supports clients with a wide range of services in preparing their annual accounts and statutory audit packs. Our clients are diverse ranging from subsidiaries of international groups, businesses of High Net Worth Individuals to dynamic owner managed growth businesses.

you'll be able to work independently and effectively on-site at client premises.
you'll review and support delivery of work prepared by more junior colleagues.
you’ll have the ability to answer day to day account queries from clients and demonstrate good judgement on when to seek further consultation from your seniors.

you’ll coach and develop junior colleagues to provide on-the-job learning and delegate work appropriately.
you’ll actively monitor budgets and timeframes on all assignments, taking responsibility for overall delivery.

What we're looking for:

You'll have a genuine interest in our clients. We want to provide a distinctive service and unlock potential for growth in dynamic organisations.

You'll know that what you do matters. As an organisation we want to be known for how we do business, not simply what we do. So, we need people who know that every act matters -from the simple things to the insights we bring to clients.

You'll seize opportunities. We want to adapt quickly and wisely to changing conditions to optimise growth for both our clients and ourselves.

You'll apply critical reasoning to bring clarity and insight. We do it by asking great questions, listening and drawing on our collective knowledge and experience to really help others grow.

Education, experience and qualifications:

you'll be ACCA or ACA part qualified studying towards your final exams, AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
you'll have experience of developing good working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
you'll demonstrate a strong financial accounting background.
