Private Client Tax Senior Manager, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

This is a successful and established independent firm of accountants with a particularly strong award winning tax team. A lot of the professionals here are from Top 10 and well established firms in London who have relocated or just got fed up of the commute from Kent.

As a senior tax professional you will work alongside the partners to build internal and external relationships with a view to identifying and acting on tax planning projects.

A big focus for this role and one of your main challenges will be to develop the technical and management skills of the private client tax team. You will put together a framework that will identify the unique skills of your team and provide ongoing internal training to develop and build the stars of tomorrow.

In addition to dealing with the tax advisory work and developing a first class private client tax practice, you will work alongside the partners to assist in marketing the team. Having the confidence to participate in seminars and put together marketing material will be a definite plus.

If you prove yourself a credible member of the senior tax team by developing staff and work, you will have the opportunity to advance towards a more senior position. This is a realistic option with limited competition. It really does depend on you.
