Headquartered in Manhattan (New York), our client has been serving the accounting, tax and consulting needs of public and private companies since 1924. Today they are ranked as one of the Top 50 public accounting firms in the US by revenue. They are currently seeking an International Tax Senior Associate to further aide their growth.
You will be responsible for preparing international tax compliance and consulting assignments as well as interacting directly with clients. This role will involve serving clients that operate in a variety of industries. You will be expected to utilise your knowledge of inbound and outbound tax scenarios to provide technical advice and comprehensive solutions to clients.
The opportunity also involves:
- Formulating effective and tax efficient cross border strategies for US and overseas investments
- Managing the global structural tax rate of clients
- Working with offshore holding and operating structures as well as intellectual property restructuring
To be considered, you will be well versed with assisting companies with operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years’ worth of experience in a similar role. Previous experience managing clients with respect to their U.S. cross border strategies in the real estate industry is also preferred.
