JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tax Senior will:
• Prepare Hedge Fund tax deliverables
• Communicate directly to managers on status of assignments and issues encountered
• Research federal, state, and international issues
• Liaise with tax advisors on the preparation of partnership income tax returns
• Liaise with Fund Accounting, Onboarding, and other teams globally
• Assist in the development of processes around growing hedge fund business to enhance client offering
• Participate in technology automation, procedure development, and other special projects
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of related Hedge Fund Tax experience
• Strong Tax Compliance skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated
• Experience with Investran
