About you
Your role will be varied and involve interactions within and outside the firm. You will be responsible for second-level product support to customers in the areas of system configuration/setup, product implementation, product functionality, architecture, profile or technical updates and defects/enhancements. You will also be in charge of technology and work leadership. You will work with the Sales team and with the Partners/Alliances remotely and on-site.

The requirements
• Possesses strong knowledge and the ability to apply concepts relating to current o/s, rdbms, and networking. Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot environmental issues and compilation commands.
• Programming skills in at least one language.
• Tax knowledge preferred
• B.A./B.S degree in a related field (Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, etc.), appropriate certifications OR equivalent related work experience required (6 years minimum work experience).
