Are you an experienced tax and trusts professional interested in further exploring probate and private client work?
This established leading independent accountancy firm in Peterborough have an opening for a Will Writer / Probate Paralegal due to development within the business and increase in demand within their estate planning service for their private clients.
STEP qualification would be advantageous, however the partner has expressed that experience within this field would be more essential and take precedence. Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
* Will Writing
* Estate Administration
* Completion of IHT forms and probate application
* Dealing with income tax and CGT of estate during administration period
Desirable skills and experience that would help are:
* Trust tax returns
* Estate and trust accounts
* Estate and IHT planning
* LPAs
The role is being offered at a crucial development point for the business as they build and grow this service. The role will also be considered as a part time position and the firm have a great reputation for their flexible working hours. You will also have opportunities to gain exposure to build on personal tax experience and get involved in wider business activities if you so desire.
