Senior Manager, Business Tax Services – Saudi Arabia.
Kingpin International is Partnering with an award winning Advisory firm who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager within their BTS team.
Some the key areas of responsibility for this Senior Tax Manager role will include:
• Head up the business tax compliance & advisory engagements.
• Work in conjunction with the Practice Partners in generating new business and developing a strong personal and business brand across the region.
• Utilize the Global internal network for International projects.
• Manage junior Team members through consistent coaching, mentoring and Personal development.
• Conduct regular formal performance reviews.
To be considered for this Senior Tax Manager role within Business Tax Services then you should have the following:
• Around 8-10 years’ experience of both local (domestic) and International Tax.
• A degree plus CPA (or equivalent) qualified).
• Have previously worked in a Top 10 Advisory environment and are familiar with performance led revenue Targets.
• A good level of technical expertise in conjunction with strong commercial awareness.
• Understanding of ‘global’ compliance process and tools along with Quality & Risk Management procedures.
